7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:
- Prohibited activities include any illegal use of the vehicle, such as racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose, and exceeding passenger or weight limits is not permitted. Travel outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limits
